Sharpen a bandsaw blade in 25minutes

This is a description of how to sharpen a bandsaw blade using a bench grinder. The results appear to be excellent with the claim that the sharpened blade cuts faster than a new one.
The sharpening goes amazingly quickly with completion in 25 minutes or less.
