Local Shipping Committee:

This committee is responsible for receiving shipments from the AAW and participants, and then storing them until the symposium.

 Volunteers are needed to load the boxes into trucks or trailers on Wednesday afternoon, and then unload everything into the convention center on Thursday, which is set-up day.

As all of the work will be before the symposium starts on Friday, so you lose no time during the symposium.
